My Credit Card is being declined and I know it is fine. What is going on? TOP
The credit card processor we use does an address verification and most of the time when a decline happens is because your bank/credit cards verification system is down or can not talk to my system.
In these cases please check out using PayPal. PayPal offers a Credit Card/Debit Card option that does not require you to have a PayPal account and they will process you Credit/Debit card payment for us.
Do I have to have a Pay Pal Account to Make a payment? TOP
No, Pay Pal will allow you to make a payment with your credit card and you do not need to set up an account with them to do this. Why would I want a Doubler? TOP
Doublers are great. These add the extra benefit of what my Husband calls the Poop Catcher. I, on the other hand use doublers for the added boost for wetness. Doublers allow you to add more layers to the diaper without adding more drying time. Is a Night Time Diaper worth it? TOP
Yes it is, I have a little man that is a heavy wetter. He likes his beverages. I struggled for a long time with night time sleep intruptions due to leaking diapers. I finally started using a Night Time Diaper with a good fleece soaker or wool soaker and my night time issues were solved and once again was able to get a good nights sleep. How Many Diapers do I need? TOP
For Newborns about 36, Infants 24 to 36, Toddlers 24 to 36 and Potty Learning Toddlers 6 to 12. These are also based on how often you will wash and your childs needs. How Often Should I wash my diapers? TOP
I suggest you wash your diapers about every 2 to 3 days. Letting them sit to much longer then that you could have staining and stink issues. How do you wash your diapers? TOP
I personally wash all of my diapers on hot and dry on hot and I use about 1/4 to 1/2 the normal soap I usually use. I have a machine that allows for presoaks and stain cycles so I use them. I would recommend a rinse before you run a wash cycle, and an extra rinse at the end to help get all the soap out. Soap build up can cause some stink issues especially with micro terry fiber and micro fleece. Do You Ship international? TOP

Do you send paper receipts? TOP
As of March 04/2008 We will no longer send packing slips or paper receipts with your package. You receive an email comfirmation of your order and if you want a printable receipt just contact us and we will email you one. This is a small way to make Monkey Toe Diapers more green.
