DIAPER GUARANTEE

The diapers, covers,  & diapering accessories are guaranteed. Materials & workmanship are guaranteed for 45 days from shipment as long as the recommended care instructions have been followed. If there is any issue with the diaper please email me at orders@Monkeytoediapers.com

I will determined if I can repair the diaper or just replace it depending on the issue. I will reimburse you for any shipping that you the consumer may incur for having to return a defective diaper to me. 

Custom orders.  If this is your first order please be considerate and only order a few items to see if you like my work.  In the long run this will save everyone time and money.  If you receive a custom order and are not happy with the colors you can return it for a refund less a 10% restocking fee(as long as the item is unused and unwashed.)  The shipping is on you. 

Any custom orders with defect issues the same return policy applies that is listed above.

 I do not allow for thread colors in the custom orders.  I do my best to match the thread with the snaps.   I do my best to accommodate requests but there is no guarantee.

ORDERS

The Sugar Plum Baby,Very Baby, Fern & Faerie and other items, are individually made by hand. Products will contain natural variations in craftsmanship although we do our best to provide good quality workmanship.  I will repair or replace any diaper for workmanship issues with in 45 days of shipping.  Please note that the exception to the 45 days is snaps.  I will repair or replace snaps anytime over 45 days shipping is at the consumers expense.

We do carry diaper products that are Manufactured by outside sources and I will honor the same return policy of 14 days on unused unwashed Items and 30 days on workmanship. Please note this is the time frame the Manufacturers will replace product for me.

Any in-stock items will ship with in 2 to 4 days of the order. (I will try to get them out sooner but, it is sometimes hard to manage getting to the post office with my son and packages.) Custom orders will take 2 to 4 weeks to ship.

DIAPER RETURNS

I understand that babies & toddlers are shaped differently and no matter how well a diaper is sewn, sometimes certain designs just don't fit. I will accept returns or process an exchange on any item within 14 days of shipment as long as it is returned unused (other than being tried on) and unwashed with prior approval. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. You can contact me at orders@monkeytoediapers.com about returns and exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL THERE IS NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

All clearance and Second items the Sales are Final.  No returns or exchanges. 

PAYMENT

Sugar Plum Baby and Monkey Toe Diapers  will accept payment through Pay Pal only. I will accept all methods through Pay Pal.  Pay Pal will let you make a payment without needing an account with them.   We now accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Money Orders.  No orders will ship until all payments have cleared.

SHIPPING

I ship using USPS or FedEx Home Delivery(US Only). Monkey Toe Diapers  will not be responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost due to shipping, insurance is not required but recommended. Shipping cost for domestic are as follows:

I charge actual shipping plus $2 Handling fee in the US and $3 handling fee for International Packages.  From time to time we have flat rate shipping specials that will be listed on the home page.  Usually flat rate shipping is done by USPS Parcel Post.

Please note, when you make payment you are agreeing to pay the amount of shipping that is charged by the cart. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

PETS

I do live in a smoke free house, but it is not pet free. We have a lovable large black(mostly),white and tan dog who's hair gets everywhere even though he is not allowed in my sewing area. I will do my best to keep your order hair free, but sometime it will sneak in. 

FABRIC DISCLAIMER

I prewash all fabrics. Some of the fabrics need more then one washing to ensure that they are shrunk so that there is no issue with sizing. You still want to make sure you wash all diapers prior to use to seal up holes in water proof fabrics and wash out any partials that may have gotten on the diaper during shipping.

Free Shipping Offer
Free Shipping on orders over $25 apply to US addresses only.

When ordering Prefolds(Hand Dyed Prefolds are excluded) or Charlie's Soap you need to be spending $75 or more on your entire order to receive Free Shipping otherwise a $5 shipping fee will be billed to you.

You must be paying me $25 minimum to receive free shipping some times the cart may allow you to pick free shipping when your order is less then $25 when this happens I will bill you separately for shipping.

All free shipping orders over $75 will receive tracking info.  If you order is under $75 and you want to be able to track it then you will need to pay for shipping.  Free shipping on orders under $75 will not have delivery confirmation.

Free Shipping is First Class Mail or Parcel Post.   Some orders maybe shipped Fedex Home Delivery when the weight of the package is 5lbs or more.

Monkey Toe Diapers is not responsible for any lost packages due to shipping. 

Keep in mind I offer free shipping as an option for you to save some money but in order to keep these costs low delivery confirmation is not purchased for $25 to $74.99 orders.

When returning a diaper for any reason to Monkey Toe Diaper we will not pay for return shipping that is your cost.  Even on defective items.  This only applies when you take advantage of Free Shipping.

A 10% restocking fee is charge on all Non-Defective returns.
