1. All diapers sewn by Susan are Guaranteed for 60 days.
  2. Susan will repair any diapers that were bought by the original owner out side of the 60 days at the cost of shipping to the original owner.   We will repair elastic, snaps and try to mend any holes if we can.
  3. We only accept returns on un-used and un-washed diapers there is no exceptions to this.
  4. We do not sell or share your information.
  5. We ship USPS. To anywhere in the US and we will ship to Canada sorry no other international orders.
  6. We are not responsible for lost packages once they leave our home and are in USPS hands all  packages will have delivery confirmation and you can purchase optional insurance.
  7. Please allow 2 to 4 business day for items to ship.
  8. We do all our communicating through email sorry I will not give out my phone number.
  9. Second Quality, Tester and free diapers are not covered under the diaper guarantee.  These diapers are sold as is.
  10. All payments are processed through PayPal we will no longer accept checks.
  11. Shipping rates:  $3.85 for the first diapers and $1.60 for each additional item.  3 packs shipping will be $8.65 and $1.60 for each additional item.  Shipping to Canada $5.50 the first diaper and $2.15 for each additional diaper.  3 packs $9.30 and $2.15 each additional.

Shipping on Over Stock Fabric:

  • Due to the heavy nature of fabric and various shipping rates based on the size and destination of the fabric a separate PayPal invoice will be sent for shipping on all domestic and international orders. 
  • We are shipping from 14526 and we will do our best to list each items weight in the description so you can look up your shipping rates. 
  • We will be using First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and First Class International Shipping.
  • We will get you the best rate we can.
  • We do charge a $1 handling fee on fabric shipping
